Welcome to exp.club, an experiential team-based learning platform operated by EXPBOX BRANDS LLP. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of exp.club's website, located at www.exp.club

• By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions
• If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website

Program Participation

• exp.club offers an eight-week program for aspiring product managers, designers, and developers
• Eligibility criteria and application procedures are outlined on the website
• Participants are expected to commit time and effort as specified in the program details

Intellectual Property Rights

• The content, design, and intellectual property on the website belong to EXPBOX BRANDS LLP
• Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property they create during the program, but grant exp.club a license to use it for promotional or educational purposes

User Conduct

• Users must not use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability
• Unauthorized use of the website, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or similar activities, is strictly prohibited

Liability and Disclaimer

• The information on exp.club is provided "as is," and we make no express or implied representations or warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness
• EXPBOX BRANDS LLP is not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided on the website

Cancellation and Refund

• Users may request a cancellation of their enrolment and request a refund for their entire paid program fee until one day prior to their program start date
• Between the program start and a week after the program start date (inclusive), users may request a refund with an eligibility of 50% refund of the paid program fee
• Post 7 days after the program start, if the user chooses to withdraw from the program, they are not eligible for any refund

Changes to Terms

• exp.club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
• The updated version will be posted on the website
