What we collect and why
We collect only what we need for the things below.

We don't buy personal data about you from third parties, and we don't sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and similar tech
We use a small number of cookies:
- Region cookie— remembers the pricing region you're shown or chose. Needed for the site to work as described.
- Analytics — PostHog, our analytics tool, sets what it needs to measure site usage (which pages and funnel steps work); we keep this light and privacy-conscious.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the region cookie will simply reset to detection, and you can re-pick your region.

Who we share data with
We use a small set of service providers to run exp.club. Each gets only the data it needs, and processes it on our behalf:
- Brevo — email delivery and list management (your email and tags).
- Razorpay — payment processing (transaction data).
- PostHog — website analytics (page views and funnel events).
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
in plain words
We use Brevo, Razorpay, PostHog, and Vercel to run the site. We don't sell your data to anyone.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users, or the service. If exp.club is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that — we'll tell you if the way it's handled would change.

Where your data is processed
exp.club is operated from India, and our providers (above) operate in various countries, so your data may be processed outside where you live — including in India, the EU, and the US. We rely on our providers' own safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it
- Marketing email data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Build Plan data: stored to keep your plan permalink working; you can ask us to delete your plan.
- Purchase and invoice records: kept as long as we're required to for tax and accounting.
- Analytics: kept in aggregate; not tied to your identity.
Ask us to delete your data any time at hi@exp.club, and we will, except where we're legally required to keep a record (for example, invoices).

Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
- Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you — email hi@exp.club.
- Change your pricing region any time — the selector sits in the site footer and on /apply.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data. Tell us what you'd like and we'll honor what applies to you.

Security
We take reasonable, practical steps to protect your data, and we lean on established providers (above) for payments, email, hosting, and analytics rather than rolling our own. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we don't claim any formal certification we don't hold.

Children
exp.club isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email hi@exp.club and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we'll tell you where reasonable.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you may write directly to our Grievance Officer, Ankur Goyal, at ankur@exp.club.
We'll acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it within a reasonable time.
