terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and exp.club when you use our website or buy anything from us.
What you can expect from us — and what we expect from you.

01
Who we are
exp.club is operated by EXPBOX BRANDS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 83, S.P. Mukherjee Road, 5th Floor, Devi Market, Kolkata, West Bengal 700026, India. In these terms, “exp.club,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean EXPBOX BRANDS LLP.
You can reach us at hi@exp.club.
02
What these terms cover
These terms apply to everything at exp.club: the website, the free tools (like the Build Plan generator), and the paid products — the AI Builders Program and the AI Product Sprint for teams. Some products have their own additional terms (for example, a Teams sprint is also governed by the sprint agreement you sign at the scoping call). Where those add detail, they sit on top of these terms; where they directly conflict, the product-specific agreement wins for that product.
Also part of these terms by reference: /refund-policy, /privacy, and /disclosures.
03
Who can buy and use exp.club
You need to be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to buy from us or create an account. If you're using exp.club for an employer, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for what happens under your account.
04
The programs and what we provide
We describe each product on its page — the AI Builders Program at /program and the AI Product Sprint at /for/teams— including what's included, the schedule, and the format. We deliver what those pages describe. We may make reasonable changes to session timing, mentors, tools taught, or delivery mechanics — the curriculum moves as the tools move — but we won't materially cut what a program includes after you've paid for that cohort.
The one outcome we commit to is the Ship-or-Refund guarantee, on the terms set out at /refund-policy. We make no other promise about results — see section 11 and /disclosures.
05
Prices, payment, and taxes
- Prices are shown on /apply and adjusted by region for purchasing power. Your region is detected automatically and you can change it; the price is confirmed at checkout, and the currency and amount are locked when your order is created.
- Seat pricingfor the Program is one price per region for a given cohort. A later cohort can cost more; the price doesn't change while a cohort is selling. The seat counts shown reflect real enrollment data.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. We don't store your full card details. You agree to Razorpay's handling of the transaction in addition to these terms.
- Payment is due in fullat checkout. In India, Razorpay may offer EMI on eligible credit cards — that's an arrangement between you and your bank, not a payment plan we run.
- Taxes: Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes. If our tax status changes, prices already displayed as tax-inclusive will not increase for that reason.
Refunds are governed entirely by the Refund policy (/refund-policy).
06
The free Build Plan tool
The Build Plan generator is free and provided as-is, to help you plan. The plan it produces is a starting point, not advice and not a promise about your product. We may store the idea you submit and the plan we generate; anonymized, cleaned versions may appear in our public Ideas Bank. Don't submit anything confidential or anything you don't have the right to share. See the Privacy policy (/privacy) for how we handle what you enter.
07
Community and the code of conduct
Your cohort space is a community. In it, you agree to be decent: no harassment, no discrimination, no spam, no plagiarized submissions, no sharing of paid materials outside your cohort. We can remove content and remove people who break these rules. Removal for a code-of-conduct violation ends participation without a refund (see /refund-policy).
08
Your work and your intellectual property
What you build is yours. The product you build in the program — your code, your design, your idea — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.
By showing us a shipped product or giving us a testimonial, you grant exp.club permission to feature it — name, screenshot, link, description — on /shippedand in our marketing, only where you've given permission. You can ask us to take a feature down; email hi@exp.club.
Employment note: if you're employed, whether work you create belongs to you or your employer can depend on your contract. We flag this honestly at /program and /faq, but it's your responsibility to check your own IP clause. We don't provide legal advice on it.
09
Our intellectual property
The exp.club name, brand, site, curriculum, frameworks (including the Spec-as-Prompt PRD, the Viability Filter, the Keep/Kill/Change Log, and the exp stack playbook), and course materials are ours or our licensors'. You get access to use them for your own learning while you're enrolled or a member. You don't get the right to copy, resell, republish, or redistribute them.
10
Third-party tools
The program teaches and relies on third-party tools (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Replit, and others). Claude Pro access (we call it Builder Compute) covers the specific tool access we describe at /program for the program weeks; beyond that, third-party tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, which can change, and which we don't control. We're not responsible for a third-party tool's availability, behavior, or changes.
11
No outcome guarantee; disclaimers
Except for the Ship-or-Refund guarantee (see /refund-policy), everything we provide is offered without a guarantee of any particular result. We do not promise income, users, clients, jobs, or traction. The site and the program are educational and are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, the site and services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim implied warranties. This section does not exclude any right you have that can't be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
12
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, exp.club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law — including our Ship-or-Refund guarantee and your non-excludable consumer rights.
in plain words
If something goes wrong, the most we owe you back is what you paid us — not more. This doesn't touch the Ship-or-Refund guarantee or any consumer right the law gives you.
13
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where reasonable, tell you. Changes don't retroactively change the deal for a cohort you've already paid into. Continuing to use exp.club after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal — except where the law of your own country gives you consumer rights or a forum that can't be contracted away, which we don't try to take from you.
15
Grievance redressal
If you have a grievance about our service or content, or about how we handle your data, you may write directly to our Grievance Officer, Ankur Goyal, at ankur@exp.club.
We'll acknowledge your grievance and work to resolve it within a reasonable time. (Complaints specifically about your personal data are also covered by the Privacy policy at /privacy.)
