Welcome to exp.club, an experiential team-based learning platform operated by EXPBOX BRANDS LLP. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of exp.club's website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   • By accessing and using exp.club, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions
   • If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform

2. Platform Overview

   exp.club is a mentorship-based learning platform that enables:

   • Team formation for product development projects
   • Access to scheduled mentorship sessions
   • Collaboration between product managers, designers, and developers

3. Program Structure and Teams

   1. 3.1Duration and Team Formation

      • Teams can select program durations of 4, 6, 8, or 10 weeks
      • Minimum requirement of two members per team
      • Users can participate in only one team at a time
      • Program duration cannot be modified once selected

   2. 3.2Team Guidelines

      • Teams are self-formed through the platform
      • All team members must agree to the same program duration
      • Teams must maintain minimum member requirements
      • Members can connect and form teams independently through the platform

   3. 3.3Team Member Changes

      • If a team member leaves, teams may:
      • Continue with remaining members (if minimum size requirement is met)
      • Recruit a replacement member through the platform
      • No refunds will be provided for team member exits

4. Mentorship Sessions

   1. 4.1Session Structure

      • One mentorship session provided per week based on chosen duration
      • Available for both individuals and teams
      • Sessions must be scheduled with minimum 24 hours notice

   2. 4.2Scheduling and Attendance

      • Sessions must be booked through the platform
      • Rescheduling requires 24 hours advance notice
      • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling

5. Payment and Refunds

   1. 5.1Pricing

      • Mentorship fees vary based on:

        • Individual vs. team mentorship
        • Selected program duration

      • All fees must be paid in advance

   2. 5.2Refund Policy

      • 100% refund available if requested before first mentorship session

      • Session cancellations:

        • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time
        • No refund for cancellations under 24 hours
        • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds

6. Intellectual Property Rights

   1. 6.1Platform Content

      • Website content, design, and intellectual property belong to EXPBOX BRANDS LLP
      • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

   2. 6.2Project Ownership

      • Team members share equal ownership of project deliverables
      • Teams should document ownership agreements at project start
      • exp.club retains license to use projects for promotional/educational purposes

7. Dispute Resolution

   1. 7.1Team Disputes

      • Teams should establish decision-making processes at project start

      • Major decisions require documented agreement from all team members

      • Technical decisions should be made by role owners

      • Dispute resolution process:

        • Internal team discussion with documentation
        • Mentor mediation if needed
        • Majority vote if mediation fails

   2. 7.2Platform Disputes

      • Any disputes regarding platform services should be communicated to hi@exp.club
      • EXPBOX BRANDS LLP will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes
      • All decisions made by EXPBOX BRANDS LLP are final

8. User Conduct

   Users must not:

   • Use the platform for unauthorized purposes
   • Attempt to bypass security measures
   • Share access credentials
   • Engage in disruptive behavior
   • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Liability and Disclaimer

   1. 9.1Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties

   2. 9.2EXPBOX BRANDS LLP is not liable for:

      • Team disputes or project outcomes
      • Lost data or communications
      • Service interruptions
      • Indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

    • Users will be notified of significant changes
    • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
