We've only ever believed one thing: you learn by shipping.

You can't get experience without a job, and you can't get the job without experience. I've spent years on that loop — a startup I built during my MBA in 2018 (getxp.in : earn experience by doing real projects, show employers the work), the placements program I ran at Coding Ninjas  (a large coding-education company), a 15,000-member volunteer product community I co-founded in the COVID years, and most recently Virtual Internships , where as Head of Product I helped place 8,000+ interns across 2,000+ companies. Every one of them taught the same lesson from a different side of the desk: proof beats credentials — and proof doesn't happen without structure. Recruiters skim past a hundred identical CVs and stop at the one person who built something real. And even fifteen thousand motivated people drift without a deadline and someone whose actual job is to make sure things ship.

So that's what exp.club has always promised: not lessons, a finish line. For five cohorts, we put a product manager, a designer, and an engineer on one team — because that's what shipping a real product took — and they shipped.

Then the ground shifted under my own feet. At Virtual Internships , with AI at my disposal, I stopped just leading product and started shipping it myself — one person, with agents, doing what used to take that whole team. I didn't theorize the one-person product team. I became one. This website is the latest thing I shipped that way.
