core problem they tried solving

YouTube makes it easy to watch and move on, but watching alone does not produce notes, recall practice, or next actions. Learners need a way to turn each video into material they can revisit, test, and act on.

the build story

Cuedo took aim at the gap between watching and learning. Panchali's team chose a concrete transformation: paste a YouTube link, then turn the video into a deck with notes, questions and tasks that can be revisited after the tab is closed.

The win is the amount of the loop that works together. A learner can keep decks in grid or list form, watch beside generated notes, leave and resume a quiz, see a score, and carry tasks forward. Both the custom domain and fallback deployment remain live.

What we cannot recover is the messy middle. The public record does not say where generated notes were wrong, which quiz questions failed, or how the team judged useful output. A working end-to-end product is worth showing; inventing a clean path to it would make the story less true.
