shipping isn’t a 6-week event. it’s a habit.
The ongoing membership for AI-native builders: monthly ship challenges, live teardowns, the always-updated stack playbook, and a room full of people who will notice if you go quiet.
The Program is the finish line. The Club is what stops the finish line from being the last thing you ship.
a room with deadlines in it
- 01Monthly Ship ChallengeOne theme, one deadline, prizes and a public leaderboard. The deadline is the product.
- 02The Living PlaybookOur internal guide to the AI build stack, shipped as installable artifacts rather than documents: CLAUDE.md project templates, skill files, spec templates, launch kits — one click into your own projects. Tools change monthly; the playbook changes with them.
- 03Weekly office hoursBring your blocker, leave with a fix.
- 04Teardown TuesdaysLive builds, and code and product teardowns of members' own products.
- 05Gig and job boardCompanies increasingly want builder-generalists. They come here to find them.
- 06Demo NightsMonthly, livestreamed, open to the public.
you don’t have to have done the program
The Club opens to program alumni from five cohorts and to builders who join directly. You won’t need to have done the Program — you’ll need to be shipping, or ready to start.
The first 100 to join become founding members and keep the price they joined at, for as long as they stay.
If a cheap self-paced library and a big room is what you want, a tool club is a great deal, and nothing here is an argument against joining one. They are different products: a library sells you access, and this sells you a deadline with people attached.
no price here until you can actually join
Founding members keep the price they joined at.
Want to be told when it opens? Send us a line — or join the beta cohort, which includes a month of the Club when the program ends.
in the meantime
the club keeps you shipping. the program gets you started.
